I received the following e-mail from Kim today!!!
Just wanted to let everyone know that we found out this morning that Brian made the promotion list! He will now be promoted to Master Sergeant (E8)! This is a big promotion for him. It comes from Washinton DC and not all enlisted soldiers even make this rank so we are both very excited. Hope you are all doing well.

I am so happy for Brian, Kim and the kids. This is a great accomplishment and honor. This truely makes me such a proud mother!!

i am also proud of brian and his accomplishments, he is a fine young man, i have a real nice picture of him that i took at the church the day of dad's funreal and i will try to remember to get it out over thanksgiving and post it. i am very proud of that picture it is in an album that i have put away and i will look over the holiday, i am off from tuesday on until the monday after thanksgiving.
